Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging where applicable.

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow some processing time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Only full-priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@mintybags.com within 14 days of delivery, before sending the item back.

We will provide you with the return instructions and assist you with the exchange process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee that a returned item will be received without tracking.
