We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries please feel free to contact us.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by location.
Depending on the location of the item(s) the shipping time varies. Our best selling items will be sent from our primary warehouse and ship faster. You’ll be given accurate shipping time at the checkout.

Buyer Protection – Shop with confidence
If after 20 business days, from the point of shipping, the bag has not been delivered. We would have to presume the bag is lost in transit. In this instance, we would refund you or resend your item.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
TRACKING INFORMATION
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can also go here.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at hello@mintybags.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours.
LOST/STOLEN/MISSING PACKAGES
Minty Bags are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. We can offer a re-shipment of the item but this will come with a re-shipping fee.
If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. Minty Bags are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking has been “delivered”.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

No PO Box Please
Unfortunately we will not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO or FPO boxes. Please enter a street address for your item(s) to be shipped to.
International Custom Fees
International customers should be aware that they might have to pay customs duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by the order’s cost or the shipping fee. Customs duties can vary widely depending on the country and state to which the order is being shipped. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office for an estimate of these charges if you’re uncertain.
Please note that Minty Bags is not liable for any additional taxes or customs duties that may be levied upon the delivery of your order.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
– Your order number.
– A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refund and Return Overview:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should email: hello@mintybags.com and we will give you further instructions.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. That includes any amount you paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed, or please contact us at hello@mintybags.com
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@mintybags.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
