What happens once I place an order?

As soon as you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming the order along with an order number.

How will I know that my order is on its way?

You will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchases after that it is not possible to cancel the order. If you have changed your mind and do not want the item please follow our Returns Policy.

How long do you have to return an item?

We will need to receive your return within 14 days from the date we sent you the return instructions. If a return is received after this date then a refund can not be processed.

How to ship the item(s) back?

Since the return address will vary according to the ordered item(s) & customer location, please first contact us to initiate a return request and we will then send you the detailed return instructions.

Where do your orders ship from?

Orders primarily ship from our logistics center in Hong Kong, with some items dispatched from Australia via DHL, JY Express, or FedEx couriers. We aim to keep our carbon footprint minimal.
